Step-1: Google your subject-related university and then visit their department/school/institute page.
              Example:  University name+ Subject

Explore their research publications, projects, and areas of expertise. This will help you find professors who are likely to be interested in your research proposal or academic pursuits.


Step-3: Contact the Professor: Reach out to the professor directly to express your interest in working with them and request their consideration for a research position or academic collaboration. You can do this by sending a formal email or letter. Introduce yourself, provide a brief overview of your academic background, and explain why you are interested in working with the professor. Be sure to highlight any relevant skills, experiences, or research interests that make you a suitable candidate.

Step-2: Save the professor's details in an MS Word or Excel File

Step-3: Write a good email draft (Samples) and send individually  attaching
 the following documents, the best time to send emails to professors is Sept/Oct of each year (8:00 -10:00 am Beijing time)

  1. CV/Resume (Academic/Professional)  
  2. Study Plan/Research Proposal   (Sample/Sample)
  3. Degree and Transcript (If they ask)  (Notarized Copy Sample)
